it was the worst resort u will ever find in varkala.. no one is staying there ... it's a deserted place basically.. There Is no manager , no office, no kitchen ... there was one old man who was sleeping in one of the room and he happened to be the manager ... I would not recommend this resort to anyone ... There is no cancellation policy also for this resort ....  don't book anyone

I had visited Varkala Bamboo Village in December 2015 and I absolutely loved the location. The bamboo cottages were fairly clean. With this experience, I booked this place last week (Oct 2017) and the place didn't look anything like last time I visited this place....They were building more cottages and the whole place was very dusty. It was raining when I checked into the room and there were leakages. When I pointed this out to the manager, he was not helpful at all. ...... I would suggest everyone to visit this place after the construction is over, maybe. The service needs to be improved drastically..........
