Hotello.in is India’s one of its kind STARTUP which aims to empower the budget hospitality sector in upcoming SMART CITIES of INDIA.
THE TERM “SMART CITY” DEFINED :
Cities are the engine of economic growth for all nations and India is a no different nation. About 31% of the current Indian population lives in urban areas and contributes 63% of India’s GDP (Census 2011). With the growth of urban areas, urban areas are expected to retain 40% of the Indian population and contribute 75% of India’s GDP by 2030. This requires full physical, institutional, social and economic development. It is all-important in improving the quality of life and attracting people and investing in the City, and setting a good cycle for growth and development. The development of Smart Cities is a step towards that, as announced by the Government of India with “ease of living “ for the “common man” the motto & vision of the honorable Prime Minister Of India Shri Narendra Modi ji.
We at Hotello India are building this platform in line with this idea to showcase the upcoming and existing Lodging and Boarding options in and around these select 100 SMART CITIES to provide hand-picked for a safer and memorable stay for all business and leisure travelers.
WHAT WE DO :
Hotello.in offers a simple and easy-to-use feature-rich web-based application, to enhance the “ease of living “ vision of the honorable Prime Minister of India, to solve all sorts of accommodation requirements for business trips, visiting family & friends or just taking a weekend trip. We not only list and provide lesser-known and new hotels and lodges in these towns but also aim to offer a complete quality checked and enhanced hospitality experience to our travelers. Soon we intend to add other ancillary services like airport/railway station/Bus station transfers, local transport of your choice, visits to local places of interest, Temples Monuments, beaches, wildlife, etc. We also aim to provide information on local restaurants, cafes, and street food outlets in the near future.
